How can CTS Retail help?

CTS Retail can provide expertise either on site or at our own hangaring facility in Swindon, giving you peace of mind that every machine is built to your specification and standards.  As part of this service, we can upgrade existing equipment (memory, operating platform, etc.) and install all necessary software  required to operate any of the retail solutions we provide, if you require additional software to be installed, this can easily be included subject to licenses being provided.

Not only will this service configure the software on the terminals selected (or provided), we will also un-box and test / configure all peripherals at our premises and then re-box for shipping. This ensures that when the complete system is installed on location we can provide the assurances that the equipment and implementation will run smoothly.

• Check quantities on delivery note against original order, noting and advising of discrepancies to supplier
• Book into system
• Un-box and test equipment
