CTS Retail implemented an Epos Store and head office solution with support, installation and training for all 7 of Charlies stores in mid Wales.
Charlies Stores started trading as a farmers supply outlet at the Newtown Industrial Estate in mid Wales, after great success they opened their 2nd store also in Newtown, but in the town centre. They now have a total of 7 stores in the Mid Wales area offering multiple ranges of goods from toiletries to chainsaws, gifts, clothing, plants, garden furniture and more at value for money prices sold by friendly, knowledgeable staff.
As a young and growing company Charlies needed a retail support team to help them understand their IT requirements. It was the variety and knowledge of the CTS services that meant that CTS Retail was selected to partner Charlies with a system running on a pervasive SQL platform working off standard windows operation systems. This was customised for them by the CTS software development team to include automatic ordering, hand held goods receiving and a complete suite of marketing applications to help them identify and capture customer information.
