Aaron Alexander - Support Desk Manager has over 8 years experience within the IT and Retail sector and has a extensive knowledge of all our epos Clients and our products. The Support team are the first point of call for all Support related issues and Aaron ensures the support department manage and resolve all calls efficiently within our Agreed SLA.

Nick Angell - Operates as our technical lead. With a long history with Server configuration and Infrastructure design & Implementation. As Microsoft Certified Professional Nick provides control of the CTS Infrastructure and regularly advises RMS and bespoke clients on technical configuration of their system environment.

Yvonne Stubbs -
MAAT; CIMA PQ - began her career in Finance at CTS-Retail and has been involved in setting up the financial systems within the company.
As Director of Finance, Yvonne is responsible for management and systems accounting, which includes reporting and budgeting as well as developing and maintaining our financial and finance related systems. She is involved in all aspects of company procedures and Board matters, and ensures the smooth running of office facilities and accountancy functions. |
Matt Crockett - With over 13 years experience developing and delivering customer support Matt has taken the lead within the Microsoft Dynamics RMS Sales team and has been managing this area of the business since 2006. As well as completing a certificate in Business practices for sales and marketing Matt is also a Microsoft Business solutions certified professional and has developed our continual growth of sales figures year on year including achieving the highest number of customer additions in the UK for Microsoft's Q4 sales period in 2008.

| Nick Hodge - Client Account Manager. He has over 32 years experience within retail, working for several major retailers, which include grocery, dry goods and the DIY sector. He has been involved in all aspects of retail from store operations management through to central services, managing many high profile business and systems projects. Nick is determined to offer our clients the highest quality service to support their business needs and to ensure that new requests or enquiries are dealt with expertly and efficiently. |
| Samantha Clarke -
Has worked within the IT industry for more than a decade specialising in retail and merchanting solutions. Samantha has a wealth of experience in this area through the management of client support operations.
Recently Samantha has been appointed to the role of Quality Assurance Manager, using all of her expertise in problem solving and business analysis to ensure client satisfaction is at the forefront of the epos projects CTS deliver.

Paul Manning - with over 15 years experience of delivering retail solutions and services, Paul oversees our operations department. Paul and his team coordinate all client installations, provide technical support, and manage internal/external training requirements and the procurement of epos software and epos hardware, on behalf of our clients. .

Maurice Milne - Operates as our lead software engineer, he is a seasoned professional who, for the last 20 years since leaving college, has been involved in all aspects of the Development Life Cycle from initial concept through to coding, testing and installation. He has experience of a wide range of industries from Automated production, Financial, Accounting and for the last 6 years the Retail arena. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and helps to keep CTS investing in the Leading Technologies that provide the best solutions for CTS customers

Managing Director has worked within the Retail Sector for over 20 years, improving operational systems and processes for many blue chip companies including, Marks & Spencer, Asda, Matalan, French Connection, New Look, Fat Face, Wickes, Topps Tiles amongst others.
Through his in-depth understanding of Retailing in the 21st Century, and a proven track record within B2B, B2C, outsourced services, supply-chain solutions, retail, SME, corporate & commercial markets, Scott leads the CTS-Retail team to deliver the solutions and services that our customers need.

Craig Wood - joined CTS in 1989 and was appointed Director of Product Development in 2008. He has a long career history in retailing and retail systems, joining CTS from Sainsbury's Homebase. In his time with CTS, he has progressed through software development and analysis into client management and has been instrumental in progression of the CTS product range with emphasis on the expansion of bespoke client software.
