CTS Retail Ltd (CTS) was founded in 1983 in Thornton Heath, London. It is part of the PMH international group of companies, which also owns Professional Consultancy International (PCI), CTS’s sister company in Florida.
The company began by developing and supporting
EPoS applications software for the ICL (International Computers Limited) System-25. This was a mini computer environment with cash registers attached. CTS converted these
EPoS applications in 1990 to run on a PC network. This resulted in an entire state of the art Networked PC-based cashiering system, now operating at over 500 sites with thousands of PC cash registers.
CTS Retail moved to their current location of Swindon in 1991 due to continued expansion and Swindon's reputation as a growing centre of commerce and technology.
CTS brings to the table years of quality experience
in the EPoS arena. Our Designers/Project Managers are completely familiar with the scope of modern IT retail business projects and have at least 13 years (each) of expertise in this field. All EPoS systems are designed to meet the business requirements of the client and integrate smoothly with all other applications. We pride ourselves on providing systems that exceed the expectations of the user by utilizing state of the art hardware and software implemented to the needs of the user. Over the years we have added to our original retail applications a comprehensive suite of products and services.
CTS Retail are
members of the Microsoft Partner Program, specialising in the deployment
of Microsoft Dynamics RMS (Retail Management System). We have a growing
number of Dynamics RMS certified professionals available for
consultation and deployment of the Microsoft Dynamics RMS product. With
our experience and understanding of the vast array of retail businesses
we have developed a number of enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics RMS
product to assist with differing trading styles.
Our client base is our best sales tool. Since 1983 CTS/PCI has never lost a client due to our software or support. This should convey the robustness of our retail applications systems and the kind of customer support we believe in.
