Typical SmartPay Finance Calculation
* Please note that this calculation is only an indication of the monthly payment and interest rate. The actual amounts will be communicated in the customer financing contracts from Microsoft Financing. SmartPay Promotion Terms and Conditions: § Customers choose one of five monthly payment options for 12 months from the date of transaction. § During the initial twelve-month period, payments are fixed at the Sterling amount selected per month. § After the initial twelve-month payment period, the balance is paid in regular monthly payments from 12 to 48 months. § For Enterprise Agreements (EA) and Licence and Software Assurance (L&SA) products, call for a quote on finance structure and specific agreement terms. The overall term of the contract must match the term of the volume licensing agreement. § All Microsoft products and licences are eligible for the promotion. In addition, partner services and other products required to implement a Microsoft technology solution are eligible, including Microsoft Software Assurance and MBS Service/Enhancement Plans. Microsoft Financing requires that you have at least one Microsoft component in the total financed solution to be eligible. § Available in all countries where Microsoft Financing is offered. § Direct debit is required. § Rates subject to change. § Offer valid on contracts closed between July 2nd 2007 and June 27th 2008. § Subject to customer credit approval. § Remaining payments must be equal to or greater than the chosen SmartPay promotional payment amount.
